“There's probably two things that are happening with your customers when they experience your brand. They're either building trust with every touch point, every experience they're having or they're fostering a little bit of doubt.”
“There are so many different channels and touchpoints that customers are going to experience what you do and how you do it. So, when we talk about building trust, there's obviously some low hanging fruit that you should be doing in order to build trust, like gathering those customer experiences. This could be in the form of reviews, video testimonials including so many social channels available to manage your company’s reputation.”
